It is specially designed for the dust generated by factory production, 10 stations and above, and large-scale production processes
Key words: plant production, 10 stations and above, design for dust generated by large-scale production process
Product features: modular, intelligent, high security
Explosion-proof motors certified
The power system is composed of a motor and fan blades. It adopts a vertical motor structure and an integrated compact design. In the case of ensuring the negative pressure of the air volume, it reduces the floor space of the machine.
Duct wind speed requirements
The wind speed in the pipeline should be determined according to the nature of the dust. If the wind speed is too small, the dust will accumulate in the pipeline, especially for flammable and explosive dust, which has great potential safety hazards. If the wind speed is too high, the pressure loss will increase by the square number, and it will increase the wear on the pipeline and reduce the service life of the pipeline.
In the dust removal system, the wind speed of each section in the pipeline is different, the distribution of gas in the pipeline is also uneven, and there is a vortex phenomenon. Generally, it is necessary to ensure that the dust in the pipeline can be sucked away before the fan stops. The wind speed is 2 to 4 times higher than the theoretical wind speed.
Ash hopper automatic locked device
In the explosion-proof dust collector, an air lock and ash unloading device is generally installed and has an explosion-proof function to ensure the effective isolation of the explosion. The blade gap length and gap width of this unloading device need to be professionally designed and calculated. Guaranteed not to produce a lot of friction, effective unloading, and at the same time can play the role of air lock.
Explosion decompression device
According to the national and industry standards of explosion-proof requirements, Puhua has designed calculation software for calculating the explosion-venting area of equipment, and has a solid theoretical basis for explosion-proof and explosion-venting.
Explosion isolation device
The explosion isolation device is an essential part of the explosion-proof dust removal system. It blocks the expansion and spread of the explosion range at the first time when the explosion occurs. Its size design, installation location, and pipeline material requirements are all regulated. Feel free to place it in a more “convenient” location.
Explosion suppression system
The explosion suppression system consists of three components: control unit, detection unit, and suppression unit.
When ignition occurs, the fireball and pressure wave (caused by the increase in temperature) spreading outward from the ignition core travels along the flame front. The explosion pressure detector reacts to this pressure rise characteristic within a few milliseconds. After the explosion suppression control unit receives the signal from the pressure sensor, the device sends a signal to the explosion suppressor. Explosion suppressants are sprayed at high velocity through specially designed nozzles into the protected container before dispersing the enveloping fireball. In this way, the temperature of the fireball will drop rapidly, avoiding further combustion and reducing the explosion pressure inside the device. Suppressants work by interfering with the detonation reaction, by suppressing the hot star at the deflagration flame front, lowering its temperature below that needed to support combustion. Explosion suppressants also create a barrier between combustible particles, preventing further heat transfer.
