Self-excited wet filtration, cooling and dust removal

The filter medium is an emulsion of water, oil or various additives. Multiple sets of swirling cylindrical tower devices are designed inside the equipment. The blades are like fixed windmill blades. When the airflow passes through the blades, rotation and centrifugal motion are generated. The absorption liquid is evenly distributed to each blade through the middle rich plate to form a thin liquid layer. The upward airflow forms the effect of rotation and centrifugal, which is sprayed into fine droplets and flung to the back of the tower wall. The droplets are collected to the sump by gravity, and flow to the blind plate area of the next tray through the downcomer. The air to be treated with a certain wind pressure and wind speed enters from the bottom of the tower and exits from the top. The absorption liquid enters from the upper part of the tower and exits from the lower part. The air flow and the absorbing liquid move relative to each other in the tower, and a water film with a large surface area is formed on the structural part of the swirl tray, thereby greatly improving the absorption effect. The absorption liquid of each layer falls into the collection tank on the edge through the cyclone centrifugation, and then enters the next layer of trays through the guide tube to carry out the absorption of the next layer.

The gas is fed from the bottom, and after being distributed by the gas distribution device, it flows countercurrently with the liquid and continuously passes through the gap of the packing layer. On the surface of the packing, the gas-liquid two phases are in close contact for mass transfer.

Water pump assists, spraying freely


The water pump is the standard component of this machine, which increases the pressure of the internal spraying system and circulates the water in the water tank. It does not need to add water frequently, and only needs to replace the water in the tank regularly according to the nature and amount of pollutants on site. Since the amount of water will evaporate or be filtered and absorbed, this machine is designed with an automatic water replenishment structure, which can connect the tap water pipe to the water replenishment nozzle of the machine, and automatically replenish water according to the liquid level.
